About the role
NovaBiome is expanding its microbiome innovation portfolio and is looking for a scientific project manager to coordinate development programmes from early research to product validation.
Key responsibilities
- Build project plans, milestones and risk registers
- Coordinate microbiology, nutrition and formulation teams
- Manage academic and CRO partners
- Translate experimental results into clear development decisions
- Prepare project reviews for scientific and business leadership
Candidate profile
- Master’s, Engineering degree or PhD in a relevant life-science discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in R&D or scientific project management
- Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Clear scientific writing and communication skills
