A problem experienced from both sides

Finding the right role and finding the right person should not feel this disconnected.

The Biologist’s Sphere was created to bring scientific context back into recruitment and keep the conversation human from the first search to the first meeting.

The founder’s starting point

First I was searching. Then I had to recruit.

I am Mathieu, a biologist trained in microbiology who later moved into project management, product strategy and scientific marketing. I struggled to find opportunities that understood this hybrid path because most platforms reduced it to a title or a few keywords.

Later, while recruiting for biology roles, I faced the opposite problem: many applications, but too many profiles far from the scientific need. These two experiences revealed the same gap. Talents and employers lacked a place that understood the sector, the work and the people behind a CV or a job description.
